1. The Service
Allen Residents Directory is privately operated reference material that describes and links to public record indexes, rolls, and directory collections relevant to Allen, Texas. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service and linked material only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm a person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit fraud or identity theft.
- Make a decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content at scale.
- Disrupt the operation or security of the service.
3. No Consumer Reports
Allen Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง1681 et seq. Nothing here or in a linked search result is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Government portals, sponsored search tools, and other outside services maintain their own terms, availability, prices, and data practices. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or results.

The service is provided as available and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that its content is complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or that an outside portal will return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions made from material found through them.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the service operators harmless from claims, demands, and reasonable attorney fees caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Links and short attributed excerpts are welcome. Republishing whole pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.
9. Term Revisions
We may revise these terms by posting a new version. Using the service after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
10. Access Restrictions
We may block or limit access, without notice, when we believe a user has violated these terms or misused the service.
11. Texas Law
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Texas Government Code chapter 552 governs access to public information held by Texas governmental bodies, subject to its exceptions. It does not make Allen Residents Directory a custodian or require it to provide government records.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
